What we do: The Harvard Crimson Organization for LDS Alumni provides a mentoring program where LDS Harvard Alumni serve as mentors to LDS high school students interested in learning about Harvard. We have found that there are many top LDS high school students who would be excellent candidates for Harvard College but don't apply because they 1.) feel intimidated, 2.) are unaware of generous financial aid, or 3.) know very little about the welcoming school culture.

How mentoring occurs: Most of the mentoring takes place remotely through emails and phone calls but sometimes we are able to arrange for participants to meet with a mentor in their hometown. Mentors try to get to know the student they're helping and then provide answers to their questions.

Who should apply: Any LDS high school students (grades 9-12) are welcome to apply to be part of our program. Simply fill out the form below to the best of your ability and one of our mentors will reach out within a month to talk to you.
